Freeman's Auto & Tire - Beacon

Finally a mechanic that is transparent and communicates! The team at freeman’s have exceeded my expectations of a shop to fix my car. They were able to diagnose all issues i had with my 2020 Subaru, share pictures of the issues, and talk to me about what is priority and what can be done at a later date. I was never pressured into any of the work and the best part was I was able to look at the estimate and approve all the work from my phone at home. All work was done quickly and my car drives likes it brand new again. Thank you to everyone at Freeman’s auto!

What can I say about this place.They went above and beyond in fixing my 18 year old Mercedes. I had a service engine light on and previously went to another mechanic.He said everything was fixed but my service engine light kept going on.It was due for an inspection and so I told my husband we should go to Freeman's. We did and was greeted by the service advisor Khaled who was very personable. We told him we needed an inspection. He offered to drive us home but we declined.The next day he told is the car couldnt pass inspection.He said the axle shift needed to be replaced, evaporation vent valve, fuel tank sensor. Which it was! Everything was completed and when we picked up the car the service engine light came on and he reset it. We had to do errands and when I started the car the light came on.We drove to Freeman and he connected it to the diagnostic machine. He said to leave the car. They even provided a loaner car for us to drive.Over several days they found out the previous mechanic connected the wires incorrectly for the wiring vent setting off check engine light Khaled also didnt charge the labor cost which would have been a fortune.I essentially have a new car. I am so happy I found this place.They are honest.amd actually fix your vehicle.Their invoices are printed out and you can actually read them. The waiting room is immaculate and smells so nice.I highly recommend this business, you wont regret it! Thank you, Freeman's

First time using Freeman’s Auto and Tire to repair my vehicle and I am 100% satisfied. I broke down early in the morning and did my research for a repair shop and came across Freeman’s, saw that they have great reviews and a 5 star rating. Also a big plus they are open on Saturday at 7:30am which is great because a lot of other shops apparently are closed on Saturdays and Sundays or open later in the day. I called up Freeman’s and they said they would be able to take care of me that same day, so I had my vehicle towed out to them. Within a few hours my vehicle was diagnosed with an alternator problem and fixed. This was extremely impressive to me due to the fact that my vehicle is quite unique as it is a 1999 Toyota that has been imported from Japan and was never brought to the US markets. They did the research and sourced the correct parts required for the job and didn’t attempt to upsell me on any additional parts that weren’t needed to get me going again. The cost was fair, based on my research it was around the average going rate for similar repairs. I did not try to compare prices with other shops but even if I could have found a cheaper price I wouldn’t mind paying more for these guys at Freeman’s due to the level of quality work that was done. As well as the trustworthiness they present, which I believe is one of the hardest things to find in any industry providing a repair service. Great job and thanks again for the excellent work and service, I will definitely be back for any future problems with my vehicle.

My first time there but definitely will be my mechanics from now on. Everyone is so courteous and Cal was great answering my questions. I forgot to add the waiting room is clean and comfortable. They offer complimentary snacks and coffee/tea while you wait. I’ll need new tires soon and will return to them for sure.

Breaking down, far from your start or destination, sucks. But, I had the good fortune to be towed to Freeman’s. They had an after hours drop box and I found a hotel nearby. They open early in the morning and when I called I got friendly, professional help. They diagnosed the problem, made the repair and got me back on the road in a few hours. High quality service at a fair price. Definitely recommend.
