DO NOT COME HERE EVER. I paid for an oil change and after driving away my car has NO OIL. They dumped my oil and never replaced it despite charging me for the labor and oil. I came in for a simple inspection and oil change, and they replaced something without asking me and charged me for it. When I asked to see the itemized bill before paying they told me I had to pay first to see it and I told them I’m not paying until I know what I’m paying for. They charged me 15 minutes of labor for resetting my oil change screen, this takes 30 seconds. When I got in my car the oil changed screen wasn’t even reset! The two men at the desk were arguing with me to the point that I had to ask them to lower their voices. Terrible experience, I will NEVER come back here. They saw me as a women and tried taking of advantage thinking I didn’t know any better. Even when I was leaving and in my car, the manager came to my car just to tell me I was still wrong about the piece they tried replacing. He showed me a google search for a completely different car than mine, and the google search said it’s “sometimes recommended”, it did not say it was required. I couldn’t believe he was still trying to argue with me when his own google search proved him wrong.

**BEWARE** long story short, got a set of new tires and wheel balanced. drove on the highway and felt like my wheels were about to fall off - HIGHLY dangerous. Mind you I was driving 55mph in the video shown on the LIE. It only got worse as I increased the speed!! came back to get it fixed, told Abdul, front desk guy, everything he told me to come back tomorrow even though it was 3:00pm and they closed at 6pm. They were apparently too busy to help me with the mistake THEY made. Abdul told me my car was fine because tires were perfectly balance according to Edward the mechanic. So rude and unprofessional. Asked for manager to call me and haven’t recieved any calls. I felt unsafe driving and my schedule is busy so i ended up going elsewhere. Another mechanic told me the wheel balancing was very off and he couldn’t believe they would turn me away especially when i just got them done… Would never recommend this place to absolutely anyone. Stay away..

If I could give this location zero stars, I would. WOMEN SHOULD BE ESPECIALLY CAUTIOUS WHEN VISITING THIS SHOP. Based on our experience, my wife was taken advantage of and treated very poorly. I sent my wife in for a basic oil change, which should have included oil, an oil filter, inspection, and taxes. She was presented with a bill of over $200. When she questioned the charges, the manager and staff began raising their voices and arguing with her in front of other customers. What happened next was even more concerning. After she paid and got into her vehicle, the manager came outside and continued yelling at her through the driver's side window while she was backing out of her parking space. Chasing after a customer and screaming at them while their vehicle is moving is completely unacceptable and unprofessional AND HARASSMENT! I have already contacted corporate and requested that this incident be investigated. My advice to anyone considering service at this location: ask for a printed estimate before any work is performed, carefully review every charge, and do not authorize anything you do not fully understand. Pep Boys as a company has generally had a good reputation in my experience, but this particular location provided one of the worst customer service experiences I have ever encountered.

2 of my tires were flat on the Long Island Expressway on the weekend the night before Memorial Day. Luckily Pep-Boys were open during the Memorial Day while the other auto shops were closed. They were able to changed 2 tires on the same day. Thanks to Paul the manager for a wonderful experience at this facility and take care of my situation during the Holiday. I would recommend Pep-Boys in Brentwood if you are happened to travel to Long Island and need a service for your car

Very professional and kind. They got the work done so quick. The waiting area was comfortable as well. Brian is good at communicating and nice. I will definitely go back next time 👍🏻
