I want to start by saying this review is not intended to give anyone a bad taste about the business as a whole. The team at the body shop does quality work. However, I do believe consequences come from poor communication especially when accountability isn’t taken. This situation falls on the receptionist. Sue who gave us inaccurate information regarding the handling of our personal belongings before our car was sent to auction. She told us everything would be removed and stored by the guys there. We trusted that and didn’t rush to pick anything up assuming it had been handled properly due. Sadly, that wasn’t the case. The car was sent off with all our items still inside. When we brought this to Sue’s attention rather than taking ownership or even showing concern she doubled down and showed no real care. This wasn’t just poor communication it was dismissive and unprofessional. We’re not just customers, we’re family friends which makes this even more disappointing. Again, this isn’t to tear down the shop itself but rather to hold someone accountable who made a mistake and refused to acknowledge it. I hope this serves as a learning moment so others don’t go through the same frustration.

I couldn’t have been more satisfied with the amazing work the team put into fixing my car. First things first, the shop has amazing service and provided all needs necessary. Second, the work was complete with no flaws at all ! Would highly recommend ! Best auto body shop in town

I don’t write reviews often but this place is absolutely amazing and most importantly honest. Our car had gone through a bump and we weren’t sure if something had broken underneath as a piece was hanging. We asked for recommendations and originally tried a supposedly famous chain in the area where we had a dishonest experience... I then searched on my own and found Team Auto Body and couldn’t be more grateful that they fixed our car very fast, seamless communication, excellent customer service and most importantly they don’t try to make you spend money for no reason. Highly recommend; I wouldn’t go anywhere else.
