Love's Truck Care

I had the worst experience at this Love’s Truck Care location. It took them over 7 hours just to fix one tire! The mechanics moved incredibly slow, and most of the time they seemed more interested in standing around and smoking than actually working. They clearly don’t care about a driver’s time or schedule. Even after pulling in they did not touch my truck for 20 minutes. As a professional driver, my time matters, and this kind of service is completely unacceptable. If you’re on a tight schedule, avoid this place at all costs.

Trash bins are all full not even a single one has space to take more trash. No windshield washer liquid in buckets No paper at all Staff is inside doing rubbish things As a trucker we need these supplies...

I got here at 12pm checked in and was told I had one truck ahead of me which was fine. He took all my information down. Then that truck after four hours to change two tires left they pulled in another truck fixed the mud flap. Took a hour break and then left. I walk up at 6pm and ask if I’m getting in tonight and he says I’m not on the schedule and he doesn’t have anyone coming on night shift and his roaming mechanic is having an issue. I’m just guessing but this shop probably doesn’t make a whole lot of money. And then you see one guy sitting out back smoking. If they don’t have any mechanics then why are the doors open and someone acting like he is working inside?

Great tire shop at the Love’s truck stop! Quick service, professional mechanics, and honest pricing. They got me back on the road fast without any upselling. Really appreciate their efficiency and friendly attitude. Definitely recommend for any truck driver needing tire repair. Big respect to current Maneger , very kind and patient
