Joels Auto Haven

Our check engine light came on while traveling to our son’s graduation. We had the code read by Advance Auto parts and it came back as a cam shaft sensor ($$$). We tried two other places who couldn’t help us and on their suggestion, we went to Joel. He explained that the first step was to change the oil because it may have been a clogged sensor. Even down a mechanic and busy, he took us right away and had us back on the road in about an hour. The light is off now so it seems like he was right. We appreciate Joel and his shop because he could have fleeced us and done an expensive repair that may not have been necessary! I highly recommend this business.

Fixed my windshield wiper motor Very needed this time of the year Joel had the work done in a day

I live in Washington state. I went to Google search and called Joel's. His secretary answered i told her I have class A Motorhome and could they change my oil. She said I'll take the phone to Joel. He came to the phone asked what I had. That sounds like fun we'll do it in the parking lot. Met me as came into the lot and guided me in circle so I wouldn't have to unhook my car. He changed the oil and filter in about 15 minutes and I was back on the road. One of the most pleasant person I've done business with in very long time. Thank you.

While camping in Bath NY we had an issue with the truck portion of our class c camper. I called Joel's auto haven, as they were nearby. They were great-took care of our issue so we could get back on the road. The mechanic was so nice. If I lived here they would be my go-to mechanic

They have done great work on all my brakes. Had a caliper go bad out of the blue and a brake pad broke off. They were booked up but found some way to fit me in. They warranted new pads and rotors for me. Thank you so much guys.
