Goodrich has always been one of the best places to go for repairs and also to work for. Both times I've been back in NY visiting I've stopped in for work to be done rather than going somewherelocal to me. I trust them and would rather support their business any day when I can. Last year they did the window tint all around my Explorer and this year they fixed a chip in my windshield before it became a bigger issue. The tint is still doing great even in the Texas heat!!

Goodrich auto works, friendly staff, knowledgeable, accommodating, fair pricing. Couldn't ask for a better experience to have repairs done to my truck after being damaged in a hail storm back in March. Work was completed on time, top notch workmanship. Staff is on board with communicating to the customer the status of their vehicles. They took care of working with my insurance company to complete estimates and payments without any input from me. They handled it all. Very satisfied

Goodrich Auto Body is one incredible company. Very welcoming, they update you continuously, and the techs are second to none. The major repair that they completed on my truck is incredible. It looks like I just bought it. The repair time was very reasonable for the work that had to be done. The completion overview was very detailed. I have to give a huge thank you and a high five to Chelsea and Chris. I truly cannot recommend this company enough.

Had a car/deer problem and my insurance company had this place on the list. So glad I chose them out of the 3 or 4. They had great communication, calls and texts. Can't always get to a phone at work so a text is greatly appreciated and they also left messages when calling. Enterprise rental seems to have a great relationship with these guys, picked the rental up there and I was even able to leave the rental there for Enterprise to pick up when I got my finished car. I would not hesitate to take any of my cars here for body work, they did a fantastic job, car looks like new. They even offered to send in the insurance paperwork for me after they filled it out. These people are top notch and know how to run a business and treat customers.

From the initial estimate to the final repairs, Goodrich kept me informed from text messages and phone calls. I was extremely happy with the body work done on my vehicle. I definitely would recommend they for body work.
