Gage Campbell E#403 from here is truly a stand up employee and member of the community. he honestly stands out as a very kind and helpful soul. he came out in the middle of nowhere on an icy road where i hit a downed tree and because of a fault from a AAA employee, he ended up slipping on the same road i was on. luckily, with his extensive skill set and quick thinking, he recovered the truck and called in another, more equipped truck only after making sure i was covered for it. he then drove me and my passenger to a safe location like a professional. he was extremely kind, helpful, no bs great guy. i know it’s his job technically, but he went out of his way to make us feel safe and comfortable. thank you, gage. i hope everything pans out for your future endeavors i owe you.

Had a break down near there. They were able to fit me in and repair the truck quickly. They called around for parts and had back on road in a few hours. Great bunch of guys here.

With my operation of commercial vehicles it is inevitable to need assistance occasionally. I had a truck shut down on route 6/13 620pm; arrangements were made for towing combo unit to be repaired. Tow unit in Bath, NY and down unit in Newfield, NY. Very quickly Pete arrived, his professionalism, knowledge and organizational skills made short work of hooking and moving unit to repair shop by 10pm. Pete has character with ability to laugh thus destroying anxiety of the stressful situation being along a major roadway. I hope Fleetpride is recognizing Pete for being stellar at customer service. It ABSOLUTELY was a pleasure to meet Pete.

Had to get towed tonight from Route 15 North, near exit 196, after my Tractor Trailer, had some mechanical problems, ultimately causing a fire. T&R arrived promptly and were polite and professional. They did a great job, which was much appreciated.

Don’t ever get your car towed here. Didn’t have coverage and cost 400 dollars a night.
