We had car trouble on a Sunday on our way to the Poconos. Called Elliot’s on a long shot and even though they weren’t open and didn’t have a mechanic on site, he told us to bring it in for him to look at. Elliot went above and beyond to source the part we needed and get us back on the road in under two hours. His kindness and skill in resolving the issue was more than worthy of 5 stars. Had a horrible experience here, sold me a lemon, insulted my son and called him hurtful names when confronted about taking my money and wouldnt return my sales tax. Would not recommend buying from here. Im very disappointed with dan. Shameful you run an operation like you do. He thinks women are dumb and takes advantage of honest good people. Avoid at all costs.

We met Elliot by happenstance when we pulled into his lot to meet our roadside assistance. We had been traveling all day with our 3 young boys and needed a tire change (after a pickup lost his load in front of us and we ran over a futon). Elliot was so nice and offered us waters, he let my kids looks around his shop and use his facilities. He even helped the mechanic with some tips when he was having some trouble with getting our tire down from under the truck and some problems with the jack. He was an incredibly nice guy.
