Walmart Auto Care Center

Auto care center manager was insulting. I bought 4 new tires yesterday. After 30 miles on the Thurway, one tire had a catastrophic failure where the sidewall completely separated from the tread. There was a piece of metal embedded in the tread but certainly nothing that would cause the complete failure of the tire. Literally, a blow out at hiway speed for my wife and child seemed humorous by the demeanor of the manager. His reductive and ridiculous claim of the cause of the entire sidewall separated from the tread was mechanically silly and insulting. Even after settling that the tire would be replace free of cost, he still had to push his idiotic and insulting points. I cut him off with: "We need to stop this discussion now. Thank you for replacing the tire" and left. Worst of all, the tire was faulty. Other customers are likely to put their family at risk for the pigheaded ignorance of this manager.

I would never go here again for anything. If I got a flat in the parking lot I'd get towed somewhere else. The staff here are rude and incompetent. We made an appointment a week ahead of time to get winter tires installed on December 2nd. It wasn't until we drove all the way there, and waited half an hour, that they told us they couldn't do it because they didn't have the right jack pads for a Tesla. The mechanic was then extremely rude and condescending, acting as if we were being stupid for expecting them to be able to do the job they had agreed to, when they could have just called us at any point and told us they didn't have the equipment to service the most popular new car in America. He also deliberately ignored my mother, the actual owner of the car, trying to talk to me as the only male present, and not so subtly insulted us for buying an electric vehicle. Anyone who wants decent, polite service that actually does anything for you should look elsewhere.

Walked in to get an oil change. There was literally no cars in line. And no cars in the lube area. They told me to wait would be at least 90 mins. Even though they were not actively working on any cars. I walked in around 4:30 and they told me they had a 5 p.m. appointment. And couldn't start on my car. In what world does a simple oil change take 30 minutes. I would not recommend. Even when the area is dead they gave an unrealistic time frame

Went there to buy 2 tires and the lady came out to help us was very rude her name was barb absolutely no customer service!!

Went to Walmart got my oil changed finish the process left Walmart looked at my receipt and it had written down 130,000 me when my vehicle actually has 134,000 me so to stick around the window actually says that I'm over my time already as I'm leaving after just getting the oil change
