These guys changed my truck tire. They were pretty fast. I had to back in off the street. becareful if you do and watch for changing traffic and drainage ditch. I was at HP Hood about 4 miles away so Sloats is very close to the industrial area for truckers. They take EFS

I had a great experience today. 4 new tires, less than $700. I was also missing a hub cap on one tire, they looked in the back and had an extra one, they put it on and gave it to me for free. Nice people!

Thought I’d start local and a stopped for a tire quote over the summer and spoke with Mike. I was looking for new tires and or rims by winter. Mike took down my info and looked at my vehicle. He said he would call me later that day as he was busy. He called days later asking if I’m still looking for quote. I was taken back because he was supposed to be working on prices and options. He then asked some more questions and said be patient. Never got a call. I went to another local dealer and am happy.

Desperately tried to get tires replaced in Philadelphia where I live before making the road trip to western NY to drop my son off at college. After many places not able to get the tires for a week or more, made the trip and called Sloat’s to see if they could help while I was in the area. Called at 10am and was given an appointment at 3pm. Arrived around 2:45 and tires were already there. In and out in 40 minutes with four new tires at a very fair price. Employees were all very pleasant and helpful. Very positive experience and will definitely be back. Will purposely schedule service when I’m in the area visiting family to patronize this business. Highly recommend!
