My car broke down on the Thruway. After calling you ( You were my first phone call) I was able to get an appointment within the hour. My car was towed to your place. The professionalism and friendliness were excellent. Steve and Sherri assured me they would take care of my car. Unfortunately the part, the differential, could not be had until Monday. This was Friday. Steve connected me with a car rental, got a great rate, drove home to Ohio for the weekend. I drove back Monday afternoon with my car repaired. THANK YOU so much for your service and care!

The maintenance service was satisfactory. The price was higher than expected. Pleased that the screw in the tire was repairable (since they are brand new tires!) One complaint is that there were grease marks left on interior cloth of driver door panel.

Excellent service. Been dealing with Steve and Shari for many years. Always conscious of finding me best deal. Very open to communication about pros and cons. No high sales pitch or unnecessay service implications. Very helpful and customer needs and advise comparison pricing and will match pricing when able. A great local establishment. Service tech Skip always helful, too. Very happy with service and professionalism. Need a vending machine on property, tho!!!

We brought our car in after having a battery light come on. Steve and his staff were able to diagnose the problem as a belt issue and were able to fix it and get the car back to us the same morning. Incredible service, friendly customer service. We will be back from now on whenever any of our cars need service.

Check engine light came on in my wife's car. She received one quote and Monro beat it by $100. I've always brought our vehicles there and I can't give enough praise through an online review. Thank you Steve and Sherri
