Over all great service. Although more expensive than I thought it was going to be. I got my heat fixed in my car they got me in same day checked it out and had me on the next day by the time I got out of work it was fixed. I live on that side of town so they were nice and gave me a ride so I wouldn’t have to walk in the rain About a month later my resister went in my car again for my heat under warranty they fixed it free of charge again Rating it 4 stars just because it costed $569 overall for the blower and resister to be fixed for my heat to work. But I’m not a mechanic that might be normal pricing

Kolb did an outstanding job "krowning" my 2 trucks. My former place took half time Kolb did. Pete says they want to make sure they get every spot. Did a quick wash on it after to get the paint and windows clean. Excellent job. Would highly recommend!

I brought in My daughter’s car because it would not idle correctly. The car was at the age where it could be anything, including up to the catalytic converter messing up. The shop was very methodical and rather than jump to conclusions that the catalytic converter was bad they tested found out it was actually the fuel system that was causing the issue. We are happy customers!

I have recently had two experiences with Kolb Family Automotive East in Batavia. Both experiences were amazing. There was no nonsense. Great communication!! treated me with respect. Did not try to overcharge me for extra items was upfront and forthcoming with everything that could be done, Needed to be done, or could wait on my vehicle. Got it done right away. Definitely recommend and will continue to do business with Kolb.
