I had 2 deer stikes with different vehicles within a years time. Both vehicles had to go back for repair a second time because of POOR WORKMANSHIP and CHINSING OUT ON THE REPAIRS. I WILL NOT USE THIS COLLISION SHOP AGAIN.

I hit a deer on 4/2/25, on Friday 6/27/25 my truck was finally finished. From the start of this whole process Ken Barrett lacked very simple communication skills. All but twice I was the one who initiated communication. I had to bring my truck back 4 times for an issue that could’ve been solved with a leak test when they reassembled my truck the first time. Unprofessional and unacceptable. “At least it’s fixed” is what I got for my trouble when I last walked out the door. Take your vehicle somewhere else despite what the google reviews say. Stay FAR away.

They exceeded any expectations that I had going through this process for the first time. They are super knowledgeable and friendly. My car looks amazing to boot. 10/10 would recommend for future services!

I took my Ford Fusion to Ken Barrett's after an encounter with a rather large deer. It was quite a bit of cosmetic damage as well as structural. Drivers door, left front fender, hood, headlight assembly, and front cover. I had to wait a bit initially to get the car in after the estimate late fall is a busy time for shops due to increased deer hits. When I did take it in they were great it wasn't long at all before I got it back. For many years I used to do my own work mechanical and some collision work on my vehicles. Having been able to do those things I am very particular about having someone else do the work. Ken Barrett's exceeded all my expectations. The fit of the parts was excellent good straight seams and alignment, the color match and paint work were first rate. The car looks better than when it rolled off the assembly line. They even detailed the interior. They are an exceptional high quality shop, with a professional and helpful staff. I would not hesitate to recommend them to any one.

From the moment I walked through their door...I was treated like family. I was very happy with the work. Never could tell it was in accident. Definitely recommend this shop for any collision need!
