The collision team is great! I have been using Ken Barrett for years. When I or my family need to have body work done correctly from an unfortunate accident we go to Ken Barrett collision shop. Tracy and Tom are very professional. They take the time to answer my questions along with service that goes beyond what is expected. Thank you for putting my vehicle back together again, good as new! View on GoogleId like to say there repair work was fantastic they quoted 5 days and got it done in 5 days. The reason for 4 stars instead of 5 is lack of communication. They ordered my parts told me around when they would come in cool. From the 13th to the 19th of last month. Weeks went by with nothing being said or communicated about them being delayed finally after over 3 weeks they called said my parts were in and it was ready to be fixed. They do great work just a little better communication and it would be 5 stars all day.
