I’ve brought multiple vehicles here for tires—both for my wife and myself—and have always had a smooth experience. In the fall of 2025, I had new tires installed on my 2021 Ford Bronco Sport, and the alignment checked out fine at the time. However, by the spring of 2026, I noticed both rear tires were significantly worn on the outside edges. When I brought it back, the team found the alignment was off. I spoke with the store manager about the situation, and they were incredibly helpful, even facilitating a warranty replacement for the worn tires. I also appreciate their drop-off process; I usually leave my vehicle the night before, and they consistently have the work finished ahead of schedule.

Had my tires rotated today. Staff was kind and courteous. Very accommodating showing me the waiting room and directing me to the Free coffee ! I would highly recommend them for their attention to detail and their above average customer service!

Zero stars if I could. Called the Batavia shop and spent 10+ minutes stuck on hold, followed by 5 minutes of endless ringing. They never let me speak to a representative. Unprofessional and completely disrespectful of people's time. Don't bother calling them.

Went in for just a yearly state inspection. The guy at the counter kept making little rude remarks. When the car was done they told us it just barely passed inspection. They tired to get us to pay for services they said were needed, but we just had done the week before at a trusted place we use. When we called them out about it they just stopped talking and checked us out, quickly. Super shady and we will never go to another Dunn again, especially this one in town!
