Absolutely amazing! I had an emergency flat tire. Super sweet front desk secretary. They got me right in and fixed in a few hours. Also explained what was wrong when I went to pick my car up. Highly recommend! Super thankful!

We broke down on the thruway very suddenly with an electrical malfunction. It was a scary experience as most of the cars do not move over. Brian arrived to the scene within 20 minutes! He was calming and professional. He had my vehicle on the tow truck quickly and efficiently. He was courteous, personable, understanding, and kind on our drive to the service station. I highly recommend this company and Brian for any of your towing needs!

I want to first off say … Dan’s is a place you can trust with your vehicle knowing it is getting fixed right. On top of it the Employee’s are great too. They are honest, kind, respectful and they communicate with you. Backstory.. We have a 2018 Kia Stinger. Car was just sitting in the parking lot. I want out to start it to leave and my dash was lighting up like a Christmas tree. They just came on for no reason…The abs, Master warning, forward safety warning light, Electronic Stability Control (ESC) Indicator Light, the “Auto Hold” light and on big display said “Check Forward Collision avoidance, assist system” with a picture. I looked up the problem and read this happens and that it was possibly the front wheel speed sensor. (With Kia.. Apparently it shuts all that stuff off and for being an all wheel drive.) So I tried calling the place where we bought the vehicle. They were a big disappointment. I called them six times even left my number and service never answered the phone nor called me back. Tried another dealership which was explained to us that we can also use. A “Partner dealership”.. Surprisingly, I got discouraged by them and I was suggested that I needed to take it somewhere else because they may not have the equipment to help me. Please don’t get me wrong. The only reason why I went to those first two dealerships is because I wanted to go to the place where we bought the car and the car is under #Warranty. After the discouragement from the second dealership, I knew where to take my car. My car was once there before(in a jam) and I had great service and I knew there was a super smart and amazing guy that knew his diagnostics/Electrical. Long story short, it wasn’t the wheel speed sensor. The wheel speed sensor was fine. It was actually the wire harness from in between the wheel speed sensor and the module. There was a short in it. THANK YOU, Chris for fixing our car!! And I also want to Thank everyone there who helped and were involved with helping us finding the problem and getting it fixed.
