This is actually Mavis. Have dealt with them twice since first of month. Will probably never do so again. They seem to make lots of promises to get you in, then can't fulfill their end of deal. Example: be here at 8am and we will get it right up on lift, 4 hours later it has not been looked at. Example: appointment made four days ahead, drive from our of state during a snow storm, get there and they say they are overbooked and cannot get you in for 24 hours when you have to drive back home next morning. Let's shape up boys!
