I brought my car to repaired.Thermostat replaced.My car over heated .Brought it back because it was leaking from the hose after they replaced thermostat.They said it was fixed the hose.Okay.Car overheated again. WHy because they should have replaced what they broke.Did they know of course.tried to cover what they broke.Some man helped me and fixed my car cost me 20.00 to repair.Also had a codes done on my car again after they failed my car.None of the codes that were listed came up.Why? then wanted to charge me again for inspection I already paid for.Also charged me 69.00 for coolant flush.Never happened.Topped off.The coolant is still filthy.Thanks guys you got busted

I bought new 80,000 mile tires here, heard some noise from tires when I returned 4000 miles later to rotate them. The mechanics here told me there was nothing to worry about. 3000 miles later I had to bring my car to the Chevy Dealer in Batavia because my engine light was on. I asked the to look at my tires due to vibration and humming. They told me my tires were ALL chopped on the inside. When I brought the car back to G.L> their "tire guy" came and said oh yea we can sell you new tires at 10% cost after I get an alignment. After my alignment I returned to G.L. JUST TO FIND OUT THEY LIED! They refused then to take responsibility! I've spent $1000's at this place and now they will not see another penny of mine!!!!

A few years ago, the So called tech, twisted the oil drain plug out of my classic car,. Daghhhh,. Turned it the wrong way, cost a new oil pan,. Had to almost take motor out to replace it,. Tow truck,. With nothing from them for reimburse ment. Stay away if you value your car.

Took my car in and it was not busy at the time so I was able to get the oil change done quickly. And with the coupon from the pennysaver saved $8.
