I brought my 06 Mustang to Pristine Motors two or three months ago to have my timing chain replaced. They were able to do it fast and at a great price. They even did a few small maintenance services for no extra charge. Super nice and great communication. They definitely have my future business!
View on GoogleJonathan did a great job on my Q50 — you can tell he’s genuinely meant for this. Very intuitive when it comes to cars and performance work. I had spark plugs, water pump, anti- jump belt, AMS Race Heat Exchanger etc. Everything was handled with care and precision. The car runs strong, stays cool, and feels exactly how it should. It’s hard to find shops that truly understand cars like this — Pristine Motors definitely does. Highly recommended if you’re into cars or looking for a trustworthy shop.

My Audi A6 turbo was not driving correctly, and I was concerned about where to take it for repairs. He listened attentively to my concerns, took notes, and promised transparency throughout the repair process. He even provided his cell phone number and assured me that their experienced mechanics could address all of my car's issues. Later that day, Johnathan called to explain the problems with my vehicle. He provided a detailed breakdown of the repair costs, including the manufacturer parts that I could verify, as well as the labor rates. He also summarized everything in a follow-up text message. When I picked up my car, Johnathan insisted that I take it for a test drive before I handed him my credit card. I have seen other European cars in the shop as well, from Audi, &Mini so they know what they are working on. Needed my convertible top seals replaced and it was done like it was at the dealer, WITHOUT dealer prices!!
