I had a fantastic experience at North Star Autobody in Oceanside! They recently worked on my Cadillac Lyriq, and I couldn't be happier with the results. The quality of the work is top-notch, and the entire process was handled quickly and professionally. A huge thank you to Chris and Dominic for their exceptional service. They were incredibly kind and patient, taking the time to walk me through every step of the repair process. It’s rare to find a shop that combines such technical expertise with genuine care for their customers. If you need bodywork done, I highly recommend North Star!

Outstanding. My 2013 Challenger looks better than when I drove it off the showroom floor. After repairing all the rust and parking lot dings, they detailed it beautifully. Even the wheels looked brand new. The whole car "pops".

Picked up my car today and it looks like it just came off the showroom brand new everyone there is so helpful and so nice made everything seamless for me after having been in an accident. I don’t remember everyone’s names but every single person that was there was very helpful and very nice. They took me to pick up a Rental Car. I highly recommend them.

It's very unlikely to write reviews although the business, North Star Auto Body, I felt obligated based on my experiences. I always spoke with Dominick each time I brought my vehicles there. He's old schooled, easy going and always a pleasure to work with. For each car repair I've had he regularly provided the extra effort to insure I'm happy with the repair. Not a common experience with any business today. Jordan has been my first contact at this business and has also been a pleasure to speak with. Courteous and respectful and promptly prioritizes the issues at hand whether it was insurance related or another task that needed attention. I'm very meticulous with my cars and a stickler for quality workmanship. They have been completely accommodating with each visit. My car is returned shiny and detailed in and out.

Such a wonderful experience. My two cars were serviced on two separate days. Both cars were cleaned inside and outside beyond expectations. The customer service was friendly and professional. I highly recommend Northstar and will use them in the future again, when needed. Thank you!!!
