In early December 2025 I brought my vehicle to Firestone. I made them aware that my check engine light came on and the manager at Midas said that I needed a tuneup. Firestone completed the job while driving to work the following day the check engine light came on again and my vehicle started losing power when driving. I explained to the manager that my commute is over an hour each day and my vehicle needs to be in good shape. I was told to bring the car back when they checked and stated I needed it the coils changed so they completed the job. During that time once the work was completed upon entering my vehicle I noticed my hood on the car was dented. I went back inside spoke to the young lady at the counter. She had a technician come out. He checked my car and verified that there was a dent in the hood. I was told that I need to come back so I can speak with the manager Anthony so I returned early the next morning prior to my commute. I spoke to Anthony. He said he would get back to me because he had to speak to someone that they use in this situation to fix the customers cars. two weeks went by. I called to speak to Anthony. He was out that day a couple of weeks later I went in and spoke to Anthony. He had me take my vehicle to the body shop where they gave me a quote and I returned with the quote to Firestone. I received a call the following week from the body shop to complete the work which I was told that they would keep my vehicle 2 to 3 days I explained to them I will get back to them because I need to speak to Anthony to understand how I would be able to get to work. I stopped in to speak to Anthony and was told that I just needed to rent a car and bring him the receipt. This was upsetting to me because as a general manager and working with customers to receive the ultimate or best experience, the key is communication detail communication. As the customer I had to run around, keep trying to connect when I call to leave messages for someone to give me a call. I think it’s unfair because this was their negligence. Now, the most upsetting issue that I have now is Last Monday While heading to work, my check engine light came on. Again this put me in a unsafe situation while driving on the highway having to pull over to Midas and for them to say I need a tuneup.. Period mind you I just had Firestone do the tuneup which cost me anywhere from six to $700 and now I had to pay Midas $1000 to complete a job that I just paid for not even two months ago. The technician came out to explain to me that the wrong Spark plugs were put in my BMW. He said that they were champion spark plugs and only one of the coils were replaced, and that one was damaged so the parts that I paid for or no good. I had the same experience when I have Firestone change my brakes the brakes were squeaking and made noise when applying the break. I took it back they verified. They needed to replace the brakes with a better quality. When I tried to call the store, no one answered so I had to call customer service. They informed me that it would take 48 hours for the area manager Marianne to get back to me. I’ve emailed the corporate office. It’s been over a week and I still have not heard back from anyone. I’m very upset and angry about the unprofessional experience that I’ve endured and need immediate response to rectify this situation.

She was polite, patient, and took the time to go over pricing for tires and oil changes with me without rushing anything. You don’t always get that kind of customer service, so I really appreciated it. I’ll definitely be coming back to this Firestone next time I need work done.
