Cole's Collision Center of Ballston Spa

My family has been using Cole's Collision of Ballston Spa for the last couple of years. Their customer service is wonderful. Love working with Randy! They have made my car look like brand new! Their prices are very reasonable, and they get the work done quickly. I highly recommend them.

Randy and his team at Cole’s went above and beyond. In December a turkey went through my 2021 ford f150’s windshield. What looked like a windshield and little dents turned into a bigger project than expected but they kept the ball moving. Picked the truck up today and you would never know there was damage. Amazing team and fantastic management. Could not recommend anyone better for repairs. Super pleased

Came here to get the rear of my car fixed after I was rear-ended. This experience was a roller coaster with insurance, Enterprise, and the repair shop, all trying to communicate effectively and timely. (My comments on my experience with Enterprise are on their reviews). Though I did have to wait a total of 1 month (2 weeks for logistics issues getting a rear gate and 2 weeks in total for the repair) I was pleased with the results even though the updates about my car were a little spotty. They are busy and I understand that but from a person who treats their vehicle as a prized possession I'm a little aggressive with making sure it's done correctly and in a timely manner especially since I'm still paying my car payment while this is being completed. Was appreciative of the basic detail they gave to my car after (I would avoid cleaning any front windows and screens as mine had a really thick film of grease that showed up after a few days on EVERYTHING). Overall, I still give the shop 5/5 stars as they did what they were expected to and fixed my car to original condition. Side Note: Marty was super awesome with being attentive to my calls, texts, and emails during this process, as well as keeping a good attitude about it. That made the difference between this experience being horrible to bearable. Thank you Marty.

Cole's Collision Ctr in Ballston Spa did an AWESOME professional job on my car. They kept me informed each step of the way with text messages on repair work and when my car would be ready for pick-before which was just 6 days....they even made my dulled head lights sparkle like new, and they didn't have to do that...but they went above and beyond! Thank you to the whole crew at Coles Collision!!!
