Worst mechanic I've ever dealt with. Charged me $1100+ to replace 2 coils and 2 spark plugs! Charged nearly $300 for a diagnosis, and when all was said and done my check engine light came on the same exact day I picked it up from them. I urge anyway considering using them, not to. *EDIT as it wont let me reply directly to your response to my review* I did bring it back in on the very same day. You guys had said that additional coils needed to be replaced (meaning that the overpiced diagnosis charge wasn't even properly diagnosed!) When I questioned why i was being charged $400+ for simply coils and spark plugs I was told "we dont work with cheap chinese parts". Basically they were just hoping I wouldn't have the knowledge to know what these should be priced at or savvy enough to look up what the prices should be. He then welded a broken coil he had taken off of my car earlier to replace one of the additional broken coils. They're manipulative with their business practices acting like they can't give you a price quote for something simple over the phone and then when i asked for the same exact quote from 4 different mechanice over the phone, they were all able to give me one. Avoid these guys at all costs.

A buddy of mine was just telling me about a bad experience he had at this location not too long ago and suggested I write this up, as I had similar customer service complaints that he seemed to had also dealt with, When I came with my '18 nissan altima, I brought it there for, what i had thought, was a simple brake issue. I had felt what I was being charged was quite expensive for the work that was done but didn't think much of it as I had read some of the reviews here so I just assumed all was taken care of and you get what you pay for. Ended up having to bring it back in about a week later, and was given an even more expensive quote! Brought it to another mechanic who literally did it at a 1/3 of the price and have had no further issues with it since. The old guy at the front seems to be a bit of a know-it-all with an attitude of "well if you don't like it leave". Stay away.

These guys know their stuff and do honest work. Been going there over 25 years including my daily and classic cars.

The best automotive experts that I experienced in a long time. Professional and fair pricing way better then dealing with any dealership present and past.

brought in for inspection they hit my rim on the lift and didn't even tell me .you wound think they would have the decency say something. dont trust them . plus the old man was nasty .
