Throughout the entire process of having my car fixed after it was declared a total loss from progressive, The insurance company of the new driver who totaled my car in a parking lot, the entire team at Penn Auto was beyond stellar. Extremely clean and excellent work will not go anywhere else treated with Friendliness and completely done professionally. My 2024 grand Highlander Toyota looks brand new with white pearl paint. An absolute pleasure to deal with these people.

Brought in my pearl white 2014 Toyota RAV4 with paint peeling on hood. John did such an amazing job on repainting the hood and matching it to the rest of the car. Truly incredible and exceeded my expectations. It’s the second time I have brought my car here and would definitely recommend this place to anyone. Dropping off the car, he patiently explained what was going to be done and the time it would take. Very professional. At pick up the car was perfectly painted, cleaned, polished and impeccable. Everyone was great from the minute I got into an accident right outside of Penn Collision. They towed my car immediately and got me into a rental car asap. Everyone that works there was so kind and asked several times if I was okay. My car came back beautiful. I would recommend penn collision to everyone!
