Thanks Mike and everyone! I came in to get a pin stripe done as the last mechanic who fixed my car was unable to do it. These guys also noticed that the prior mechanic didn't do as good of a job as there was a gap in the bumper I didn't notice. They worked with my insurance company and were able to get it all taken care of. I wish I had gone to these guys from the beginning and got the repairs done right the first time. The staff was very nice and friendly. I would recommend these guys. The mistake I made was using the mechanics that my insurance recommended, as they are controlled by the insurance and getting cheaper parts. If I had gone to North Star Auto, they would have done everything properly the first time around. These guys did the best they could to make my car look the way it should.

i can’t say enough great things about this shop… in dec my undercarriage was giving me issues… they zip tied it back up. seems nothing but to me i like to keep my car intact… then the fender of my car popped off last week friday and they ordered the piece for me and they got it fixed when the piece came in. the pricing was great less than i thought to spend. they were very sweet and patient with me. customer service at its finest! 100/10 i recommend!

From the moment I contacted North Star Auto, the staff was friendly, professional, and quick to take action. Although I had to return on another day for the repair, the process was smooth and well worth it. Within just a few hours, my seat was fully repaired and working like new again. What really stood out was their exceptional customer service—they even gave me a ride home and picked me back up when my vehicle was ready. I’m extremely happy with the service I received and truly appreciate how well they took care of me. I highly recommend North Star Auto and will definitely be returning for future repairs.
