Thanks Mike and everyone! I came in to get a pin stripe done as the last mechanic who fixed my car was unable to do it. These guys also noticed that the prior mechanic didn't do as good of a job as there was a gap in the bumper I didn't notice. They worked with my insurance company and were able to get it all taken care of. I wish I had gone to these guys from the beginning and got the repairs done right the first time. The staff was very nice and friendly. I would recommend these guys. The mistake I made was using the mechanics that my insurance recommended, as they are controlled by the insurance and getting cheaper parts. If I had gone to North Star Auto, they would have done everything properly the first time around. These guys did the best they could to make my car look the way it should.

i can’t say enough great things about this shop… in dec my undercarriage was giving me issues… they zip tied it back up. seems nothing but to me i like to keep my car intact… then the fender of my car popped off last week friday and they ordered the piece for me and they got it fixed when the piece came in. the pricing was great less than i thought to spend. they were very sweet and patient with me. customer service at its finest! 100/10 i recommend!

The entire team at North Star is Baldwin are incredible! Their service, communication & attention to detail are impeccable. Never fun or a place you want to be due to an accident but they make it very easy & friendly…plus they have great coffee offerings! After a great job was completed I had a mystery vibration in the vehicle that nobody could figure out. Instead of throwing their hands up in the air, the entire team was diligent in finding a resolution…exactly what you want with amazing customer service!
