Too much ice cream trucks parked near the place!!

Incompetent people who pose as mechanics. Only sensible one was Junior. 11/30 vehicle dropped off. Returned from out of country 12/5. During that time, NOT ONE PHONE CALL IN REGARDS TO WHAT MAY NEED TO BE DONE TO VEHICLE! Visited shop on 12/6 to see car on the lift. ET portrays as if he is competent but lack of communication with his customer & what appears to be lack of knowledge says different. ET claimed car would be ready 12/8. Not one phone call received. 12/9 no phone call UNTIL a family member contacted him to ask what was really going on. At that time ET states vehicle is ready. After the phone call he then calls and leaves a message. Vehicle picked up 12/10. Payment made but given a run around for receipt. Left shop only to realize THE NOISE CAR MADE BEFORE GOING TO SHOP WAS STILL PRESENT. Returned to shop to have Marc tell me they fixed everything. Frustration sets in and I contact a mechanic from out of state I know. He tells me what issue may be. Junior arrives and looks at areas that may be causing noise. I PURCHASE MY OWN PARTS and as per THEIR CHRISTIAN BOSS ET via phone, directs them to change 2 things without charging labor. These parts should've been changed from the START! Parts changed were only on one side of car. The want to be mechanics are the ones who are to be knowledgeable and should've insisted the other side be changed too. ET did not give me a receipt until 12/17 & it was a false itemized bill. I did not request ANY SERVICE TO MY BRAKES BUT YET RECEIPT STATES REAR BRAKES. RECEIPT SPEAKS OF REAR SWAY BAR. I DIDNT BRING CAR TO SHOP FOR A SWAY BAR NOR DID THE OWNER OR ANY MECHANIC CONTACT ME IN REGARDS TO IT NEEDING TO BE CHANGED. Today is 12/19 and the car steering/suspension is still making noise after being at ET AUTOMOTIVE FROM 11/30 to 12/10. ET tried to nice up this whole dilemma by saying bring car back so they can FIX THE PROBLEM. LOL, your shop couldn't get it done right throughout the duration you had the car so why would I do that. WORST SHOP EVER

do not go to this mechanic . he lies about his knowledge . he would tell you that he has it fixed and then he says "something else and then something else" and so on. . I paid him $420. because he told me that my car was fixed and ready to go. I get there. and they just started working on it 3 weeks later no car still. do yourself a favorite and stay away

Supposedly ET, the owner evaluated the noise I was hearing and determined that he solved it. I ordered the parts and got them installed. Unfortunately the noise was still there! Don't TRUST ET Auto Repair!!!
