Very easy to deal with was in and out quickly. And I find it very convenient the concrete blocks buried in the drop off area to help pull the vehicles off trailers. I would also like to give a shout out to your employee Barry he definitely is a good asset to your business.

Wilbert's were fair and easy to deal with. Fast pick up, and driver was friendly plus did an excellent job loading the vehicle for delivery.

I been a loyal customer for years. I met someone recently and I went to Wilbert’s to get some parts. I was told I wasn’t allowed on the premises because I went to Wilbert’s with someone who had stole from them previously. I explained to them how I just met this person and they basically told me I am guilty by association. I don’t know how that’s fair but that’s what they do. So becareful dealing with this company they don’t care what the circumstance is and will gladly ban you from premises even though you been a loyal customer for years and always payed for your items.

First time there today. Staff were quick and informative, worked as a team at the desk and got a lot of us through. Printed out what I was looking for, gave verbal and visual directions. Lot was in good shape. Had no problem finding what I needed. Prices and customer service are far better than their competitors in Horseheads/elmira, which was where I had been earlier today and been going to, until now!
