I needed a NYS inspection. They were very accommodating and welcoming . Joe took the time to explain the service to my vehicle. All fluids were checked and topped off never had a tech take the time to do that at other repair facilities for an inspection only.

Very friendly and honest. Went to the dealership first for my VW Jetta and they told me I needed a new sensor and the harness for it, which were both pretty expensive. Went here instead and they told me I didn’t even need the harness and that brought the cost down significantly. I’ve never felt like I was being scammed here, they’re very quick, and have great communication with the customer.

No problems, no questions. I didnt book an appointment (I suggest it) But they still literally got my Jeep taken care of ASAP thats all I care about. Both svc advisors were friendly and professional. I will NOT be going back to Bidleman..EVER.. And pit stops are great if your car is new and you just need an oil change..But why not bring it here, where they have actual lifts? My new shop.... If I would have seen the graffiti sign I would have went there first! People, the places with all the fancy lights and signs... are baiting you -Service Director

After searching for a reputable place to have my vehicle towed to be fixed, every search pointed to Exelerated Auto. I called 15mins before they opened and Joe the owner answered and said they could get my vehicle in to be diagnosed, He was very polite and you could tell he truly cares about his customers. They not only diagnosed the issue but fixed it the same day and I had it before 5pm. I was impressed with the professionalism and quality of work they did. The price was fair and I was completely satisfied. Thanks Joe and your team for winning over a new customer.
