They are the rudest most disrespectful place. DONOT GO HERE BOB IS A NIGHTMARE. Liars. Got new tires, the next day I didn't hit anything and my tire blew. I went to Mavis and they are amazing people! I will never go anywhere but there. Awesome people. Made me feel like family. So sweet and kind. They said I didn't hit anything a few bolts were loose and one was missing. When I called very politely I said I just have a question I don't wanna argue. If u can't help me than I'll just move on. He said don't call here again and hung up! STOP SHOPPING AT THESE PLACES! And where are our W2 since we all work there if we shop there. The only nice normal humans that work there are Tom, Brian, the pharmacy crew and the one sweet guy who has his hair always different. They are real humans and treat u so well. So disappointed in alot of the staff there Godspeed

Tires were a great deal. However, do not even bother getting the guarantee. They do not honor it or even allow you to make an appointment for a tire repair. I had to pay another garage when I shouldn't of had to pay at all.

I had an excellent experience having a Full Synthetic Oil Change done on my dad's 2009 VW EOS today. The car required some special sockets and some of the pan bolts were very corroded. Emmanuel did an excellent job of getting the tools and even showing me the concerns before proceeding. He took the time to do it properly and I didn't mind waiting a bit longer than usual to have it done right. This was also a tremendous value to have Mobil 1 synthetic & a Fram filter for under $60. I live in NC and do all my own auto work, so I am familiar with working on foreign cars. I was visiting NY and didn't have the tools to do it myself, but I will definitely go here again!

I got what I paid for but the front desk associate was being very difficult. Claiming that they were not going to put on my tires because of a bit of surface rust on the under carriage. It's upstate New York of course its going to be rusty. The technicians were excellent at their job and recommended to look at the front end for wheel bearing replacement.

Had 4 tires put on. So far all is well. Went back for the 50 mile retorque of the lug nuts at about 150 miles and they were good with that. Customer service was very good and quick.
