Chris at Valvoline provided some of the best customer service I’ve experienced. He was professional, knowledgeable, and took the time to explain everything clearly without any pressure or upselling. The service was fast, efficient, and done right the first time. It’s obvious he takes pride in his work and genuinely cares about his customers. I went for an oil change. Josh was wonderful! Even tho it was a very hot day, he was so pleasant. He went over all of the options for my vehicle and was so nice. Thank you for great customer service! I will continue to be a customer of Auburn valvoline.

My niece has never had a problem here before but today she went in for an oil change and back windshield wiper replacement, she worked with one of the managers Oil change was fine and they talked about wiper replacement, she got charged me for both and was sent out. She noticed as she was pulling out they never replaced the wiper so she went around the block and came right back. She told them they never replaced my wiper and he goes “yeah I didn’t charge you for it” and then she showed him the receipt that he charged me for it 2 minutes before, instead of saying sorry and that it was an accident he said he would have to go check if they would have any, ended up replacing it because luckily she had the receipt printed. Felt very weird and didn’t feel like an honest accident no one said apologized Another employee also made a comment to the same manager that if he smiled at her she would’ve said yes to a air filter replacement not happy with how this experience went

Went to get an oil change, left with a broken valve stem. Guys were nice, oil change done correctly and car initially drove great. However, the guy putting air my tires broke the valve stem. I was getting my car serviced before starting a job in Syracuse the next day. Long story short, I was not able to make it to my first day with a completely flat tire.

Both Chris and Dom were very helpful in making sure my car's transmission had the service that it needed. First of all, they listened to me when I told them that the car needed a transmission fluid change, not a flush. They agreed that a complete fluid flush may cause damage to the transmission due to the mileage. My car was originally leased, and I don't remember this particular service being done. In addition, I have to admit that it was terribly overdue. Neither Chris nor Dom scolded me for the neglect--they were simply happy to provide the service! Although it didn't take too long to do the job, they updated me frequently on anything they did while my car was in their care. I'd recommend this shop to anyone!
