We were heading to a funeral. Made a charging error on our lightning. Had to get a tow to 2 different charging stations because one was out of service. Tyler was kind, patient and very prompt. Not that I would want him to come out on a Sunday again, but he was willing to help us on his day off. He definitely went above and beyond. Oh and can I mention super clean truck inside and out.

Next Gear Towing was really Top Notch! Luther was lighting fast to the rescue and had the equipment and knowledge to get me and my vehicle where they needed to be safely. Professional, friendly and considerate! Thank you so much! Not looking forward to any break downs, but if I get in a jam I hope it's these guys who show up!

We were stranded on the side of the road, on a trip away from home, on a Sunday, and a holiday weekend. When I called, the owner himself answered, empathized with the situation and quickly responded. We did not wait, we were treated with respect, told the cost up front and it was a fair price! Most certainly recommend this company. Ps I do not usually write reviews but this was exceptional service in an emergent situation.
