Update went in the other day.Needed some work done.Craig is NO longer here. It's a shame they lost a really good employee.Also my business. Labor rates have increased as well. They are I believe $160 something a hr. Decreased my rating of this place. They no longer have good pricing for labor...................Noticed my muffler sounded slightly louder .Called today and they were able to get me right in. They looked at it and told me my muffler flange had rotted and it had no bolt. They said it was a simple fix. They had it fixed in under a hour . It cost me less than $100 total for parts and labor. I'm happy with it so far. If it gives me any problems will update my review. Everyone was very courteous and nice...... Update Had another issue with my car. I had a good experience with this place last time so I called them back up. They were able to fix my vehicle and did it quickly and efficiently. The man who works here Craig went above and beyond to help. More places need employees like him. Will definitely be back ( hopefully not any time soon). I added a star to my review because of Craig's awesome customer service skills. I highly recommend this place.

Very amazing customer experience. I met 3 young men who actually cared and helped me find solutions to help my car But their kindness and true compassion and kindness really helped my heart. Great service, friendly staff, and considerate. They even asked to make sure two bags for my bad tire was OK before putting it in my car (I had to take it home for my warranty at my usual shop in CT). Saved me in a pinch with a flat on my drive to Rochester far from home. Happy my tire issues happened nearby. Would definitely come back if I’m ever in the area.
