MDI Truck

This place needs to be reviewed and shut down. I brought my bus in last year to get a new fuel tank installed, which they did a great job of I will not deny that fact. But in the process they screwed up more than they like to admit. They completely destroyed my rear passenger side brake chamber trying to cage the brakes to push the bus leaving the inside spring completely offcentered and the diaphragm ripped leaking air very badly. The driver seatbelt was also cut and the front bumper was badly scraped when I got the bus back. The fact they gave the bus back to me like this and didn't mention it until I had to find out myself is beyond unprofessional and criminal, these people NEED to be held accountable. I also reviewed the video from the cameras inside the bus and saw the tech driving it around with the cut seatbelt and the leaking brake chamber audibly hissing I spoke with the manager who denied any wrongdoing and wanted me to DRIVE the bus back to them to get it fixed, it was beyond safe driveable condition by the time it got back home. No competent shop would have a customer drive a vehicle with no brakes. I'm leaving this review after finally having it all repaired costing me thousands out of my own pocket and having the bus parked all winter while unusable. This shop needs to be ashamed of their shady business and I'm still waiting for my satisfaction, they should pay for what I had to repair.

Dropped my rv off to get valve stems installed. 3 weeks later and numerous broken promises later I retrieved my vehicle . Never again I was told one mechanic was doing repairs and the rest were working on snow plows. In mid August?

I was desperately looking for some parts for my plow. I could not find any place that had reasonable prices or even stuff in stock. After some more extensive research I found MDI Truck. They were able to source the parts, give me the updated model numbers and also ship to MA same day. Customer service was great as they answered all my questions. I will definitely keep them in my contacts and also recommend them to my other friends who might need plow parts in the near future.

I would have to have work there again to really make this statement. They had a funeral to go to, and left my truck with about 20-30 min worth of work to do, and nothing off the bill. Totally understand why they had to leave early.
