My car was towed on a Wednesday, during the holidays. I was able to get it back on Monday. They only charged me for the 3 days, not the weekend and not the extra day on Monday. They had a very sweet dog there that was so cute I wanted to steal her! This place is fantastic. I was already very sad about my car being towed, they were incredibly sweet and kind and you can tell this is a family business with family values!!!

Recently I went to take a look at a Honda pilot, and the owner came if as very courteous and friendly. Anyway I took it for a test drive, and he told me he's getting some things fixed, so if I put a deposit down I could drive it again, and if I liked it it would be mine. Well 5 days later his wife called and said the vehicle was ready. I told her the owner was supposed to let me drive it and see it on the lift, and she said he was not there. So I said I'll be in tomorrow at 1:30 to talk with him. Well he called my wife early the next morning being very rude asking if we were coming to get it, and due to him clearly avoiding our test drive and lift showing I said no I want my deposit back. This man had the gull to tell me I owed him my $500 deposit for the work he already said he was doing!! No way. I went there and he started yelling at me like a child and I demanded my deposit back. After arguing about it he finally shelled it over. His wife was very pleasant, but the owner is a sheisty used car salesman who gives them all a bad name. I'm only giving 2 stars because his wife was so nice. Unbelievable. Not to mention I found a rats nest under the engine cover when he wasn't looking. Avoid this crook. Shameful customer service for an older gentleman.
