Auburn Engine Transmission Service

Been going to AET since I was in high school (over 20 years ago). They are honest, direct, and extremely skilled at what they do. Every vehicle I have had goes there, without a second thought. The owner, and the workers are always fantastic to deal with. They don't talk down to you about your vehicle's issues or your understanding of engines, and will explain why something is the way it is. I have never had a bad experience at AET, and in some cases have guided friends and family to their shop after a poor experience at a different shop needed fixing. Would always recommend.

Did great work in the past for me But my truck has been in the same place sense I dropped it off. Let me see that's right a week before Christmas 2023. 6 months. I get parts on order your on the list and my favorite you know we only have one mechanic right now. Been patient but this is getting old

A friend of mine, Verneda, highly recommended this shop. She brought my vehicle in to have the head gasket checked for blown head gasket. She told him if it is blown, not going to bother putting money into it. There was oil in antifreeze, it was overheating and antifreeze was bubbling in resivor. It was taken back a few times after the intial repair, due to same problems. He stated It wasn't a blown head gasket, but still the same problem. And to top it off, when I got It back I can't see half of my dash, where speedometer and mileage is, as well as the brake light coming on. And now after 3 times of sending it back and the place having it weeks at a time and $1,351.25 later, the same problem. I will never recommend this shop to anyone. I am totally disgusted with the service and will never recommend and will be taken further action.
