Cold weather (-4), made my tires lose pressure, they came right out and fixed me right up! I got to just stay in my truck and a real swell of a guy did everything!

I was on a road trip and had an 8 hr drive when my alternator went out. I called several dealerships, mechanics, etc., and none of them could get me in, OR I wasn't comfortable with what they were telling me, but then I got Josh at Pike's Auto, and he was able to get me in that day, and get me on my way at a very reasonable price. Very professional, great office staff, and really beautiful yard to sit outside & wait with a glider, picnic table with umbrella, and green lawn! The Ashville General Store is right across the street with great shopping & food, too! My car was fixed correctly & quickly, and I made it to my destination that night. And the office staff brought water for my dog - super accommodating! Will absolutely use these folks again when I'm in the area!

Done doing Business with this garage. Went in for an oil change, but ebded up being there almost 3 hrs after they caused a break line leak and charged me $189.00 to fix it. I had NO break line leak. I inspect my vehicle regularly, no leaks on my cement garage floor. No break light came on, no soft break pedal, nothing. No such thing occured. It was caused while on the lift to get more money out of me than a $30 oil change. This isn't the first time I went in for ONLY an oil change, only to be told I need hundreds of more dollars done. It's a scam and called them out on it right out front. I told them I will never do business with them again.

The best! I've moved all over the country the past 7 years, and it's always so hard to find a good place I can trust. Got a recommendation for Pike's from a coworker, and have been blown away by their honesty and quality of service. I can tell you that they are the best out of all the 5 states I've lived in, and are the first place that doesn't try to sell me extraneous services or items that I don't actually need. I am extremely impressed with Pike’s Auto! Josh took the time to explain to me and show me what was going on with my car and discuss repair options. He has excellent communication, is trustworthy, and is very fair!! I highly recommend Pike’s Auto!
