I needed a replacement locking switch for the charging port on my 2018 i3s. Bavarian was friendly, helpful and thorough - they only did the work needed, and didn't try to upsell me or do work that wasn't needed. They're reasonably priced to boot! A new favorite - I wouldn't think of bringing my baby anywhere else.

I cannot say enough good things about this shop. My entire family goes here and we’ve always had a positive experience. Most recently I brought my car into the shop and told him what the issue was and as soon as he heard what it was, he knew that it could possibly have an extended warranty on the issue and even tried to call the dealership for me. He’s extremely honest and I will continue doing business with him. Ladies he will explain things to you and won’t make you feel dumb!!!

Huge shoutout to this BMW mechanic 🙌My coolant reservoir started leaking late in the evening and I was honestly stressing… but he met me at 7 PM, diagnosed the problem right away, and had it repaired super fast. You can tell he actually knows BMWs — clean work, no guessing, and explained everything so I understood what happened. The car runs perfect now and he saved me from what could’ve turned into a major issue. Hard to find someone reliable AND responsive after hours, but this guy came through big time. Highly recommend if you want honest, quick, and knowledgeable service!
