Very happy with my new garage door. Service, product and installation, all top notch.

I had two custom garage doors with side mounted openers installed. The cost of the doors was not cheap but was commensurate with other estimates that I had gotten. Jason was personable and on time. The two doors (18x9 and 9x9) were installed in a morning. They cleaned up after installation and even ran an extension cord from my house through the trusses of my unfinished garage to operate the doors until the electric is installed. I would definitely recommend Upstate Garage Door to anyone and would use them again in the future.

When the spring broke on my garage door, Jason came out the same day. He was able to order and replace the components in the garage door the following week. He was polite, dependable, and professional. I would recommend him to my friends and family.

We needed cables and springs replaced on our garage door (they broke) and the electric door opener replaced. Josh and Jason were both professional and polite. Josh completed the work within days of me first contacting them. He cleaned up after the work, and was patient while teaching me about the new opener. We couldn't be happier with their work.

I called first thing Tuesday morning, (Today 2022) the day after Memorial weekend. I was told they will come out the following afternoon. To my surprise, Jeff showed up before noon today and had the garage door fixed in a jiffy. Damage was done to the door, no fault on the company. Jeff gave me an estimate to fix the door panel and set the garage door opener up correctly. Unfortunately family members went with the cheapest door instead of getting a quality door for a few hundred extra. I am very pleased with their service. I will definitely use them again in the future.
