Mark is a great guy, knowledgeable in his trade and takes the time to diagnose issues properly without trying to charge an arm and a leg, and is swift at getting work done without losing efficiency. I understand why he has a longer wait at times, because so many people would rather wait to have the job done correctly as opposed to having more problems or expenses by getting it done elsewhere sooner.

Mark is very knowledgeable, he really knows his stuff!!! Honest about what you need and what he does. Explains everything in a way you can understand. I won't take my cars anywhere else.
