On the evening of February 12, 2026, I was pulling into Native Pride Truck Stop during one of the busiest times of the night when I experienced a mechanical failure. Honestly, if something is going to go wrong, the fuel island is the worst place for it to happen. After calling several shops in the Buffalo and Angola area, it became clear I might be waiting until morning. Thankfully, I contacted Evans Mechanical in Angola and spoke directly with the owner. He assured me he could have a technician out within 20 minutes , and he delivered on that promise. Clayton arrived quickly, fully equipped, and ready to work. I was fully loaded with a delivery scheduled the following day, so time mattered. He diagnosed the issue immediately , a rupture in the braided line connecting the air compressor to the air dryer. He had the correct part on hand. Even though the replacement line was slightly short, he professionally extended it and made it fit perfectly. Within a short time, my truck was back to normal operating air pressure, gauges steady, and ready to roll before 10 PM. Pricing for parts, labor, and roadside service was very reasonable. But beyond cost, what really stood out was the peace of mind. When you’re broken down and loaded, you need someone confident and competent. Evans Mechanical gave me both. 10 out of 10. Highly recommend.

My husband and I were traveling from Niagara Falls to Pennsylvania on Interstate 90 and the rear driver's tire went flat. We called AAA to change the tire and Joe and his truck (589-11) arrived in less than 30 minutes! The tire was not able to be changed--It is a custom mounting with oversized tires and the spare was a different size (all our problems)--so we were going to have to be towed home which was over 100 miles away! Joe was incredible! He made sure we were safe at ALL TIMES. He loaded our truck on his flatbed quickly, efficiently, and secured it well. We all got in the truck and started for Pennsylvania. Joe got us home safely and put the truck EXACTLY where we asked him to. All this on a Friday night. I know it's his job, but never once was Joe anything but professional and kind. I'm sure we ruined whatever plans he had for the night, although not on purpose. So, shout out to Joe and his lady--sorry we ruined your Friday night but thanks for being available to save ours! Great experience in every way. Highly recommend...

My tire shredded, and Joe 589-11 came to my rescue. I was stressed and after two days of driving and almost home, I was quite stressed. He was so kind to myself and my dog. He phoned around to find my tire size and told them I needed it on asap. I only lost two hours, thx to Joe. What a lovely person you have working there!

Second to none service provided. Middle of the night and this gentlemen ( I wish I would have got his name) was great. His top priority was safety, response time was awesome and very friendly. Invoice was extremely fair for everything listed above.

Date of service: 1/15/26 around 1:55pm. They came in less than an hour to get our semi truck towed out from the side of the highway. They were assisting another semi on the other side of the highway first. The two gentlemen that helped us were both super friendly, courteous, polite, and quick. Took about 5-10 min to get us towed out, fast!! Thanks so much for your help!
