Rockefeller Tow & Wrecker

Ordered a wench out at 6am because I was stuck in the snow. They told me that they were running behind and didn't have drivers available until 8am. I told them that was fine, just get me on the list. At 11am I called to check - told they couldn't give me an exact time probably at least an hour. Called back at 1pm to check - told they had just dispatched it and should be there in 20 minutes. Called at 230 to check. Told he'd be here here "within the hour" and had me send pics of the car to the driver. Called at 415 and the driver said he'd be here in 30 mins. The driver calls me to ask where I am... I send him my location. He informs me they sent him to the wrong address. He says he'll call me back in a few minutes because he is nearly 90 minutes away. He calls me back to tell me that they decided to cancel my tow because it was too far from where he was now. So I sat for 11 hours being jerked around, trying to be understanding that they were swamped, and they just canceled and basically said, "sorry about it" - I missed appointments all day because they couldn't use GPS and didn't care enough about anyone that isn't insurance to proactively call to tell me what was really going on.

the manager is a horrible human being. I bought a car for $6,800 stop working brought back. manager called me a liar and treated me like crap. They are very nice before the sale. Bottom line. I had to trade the car in. in 3 weeks the value of the car went from my $6,800 to just $1,500 yes I lost $5000,00 in 3 weeks. I know I can't sue someone for me being stupid. but I think the company should return half the money I lost. that is $2,500.00 you have my address send me back some of the money I lost in a bad deal. But will they do the right thing? making a facebook page and signs for my car.

Waited 5 hours for a tow. Called them numerous times asking for a ETA. They gave me the run around everytime. Ended up canceling the tow and calling a PROFESSIONAL tow company. -5 Stars.

Charged a friend of mine 987.00 to toe her vehicle ,5miles and the kid was a real jerk ,

Charged 135$ to drive literally less than 1 mile to my work to put a donut on my car as my tire went flat on the way to work
