We recently purchased a 2016 Chevrolet Tahoe from Lusso Motors, and overall it was a very positive experience. The buying process was straightforward, and while communication wasn’t always perfectly clear in the beginning, things improved quickly and the team was easy to work with throughout the rest of the transaction. Since we purchased the vehicle from out of state, we also had to coordinate with a transportation company. Any significant delays we experienced were related to transportation logistics and not Lusso Motors themselves. What really stood out to us was how they handled an issue after the sale. Shortly after receiving the vehicle, we discovered that the rear DVD entertainment screen would not power on. After discussing the situation with Lusso Motors, they acknowledged they could not confirm whether the system had been tested before the vehicle left their lot. They took our concerns seriously, trusted our word, and immediately worked with us to find a solution. They arranged for us to take the Tahoe to our local Chevrolet dealership for diagnosis. The dealership determined that a specific part needed to be replaced, and Lusso Motors communicated directly with the service department and covered the entire repair—including parts and labor—which totaled approximately $1,300. We never had to pay anything out of pocket. The rear entertainment system was one of the major reasons we chose this particular Tahoe, so having Lusso Motors step up and make it right meant a great deal to our family. No vehicle purchase is perfect, and sometimes unexpected issues arise. What matters most is how a dealership responds when they do. Lusso Motors demonstrated integrity, professionalism, and a commitment to customer satisfaction by standing behind the vehicle and doing the right thing. Wow!! Where do I start. What a great experience! We were looking for a reliable,safe car. We came across Lusso dealership on line. We got there and what a variety of cars to chose from. No pressure, very friendly and sincere concern about our needs. They did all the DMV work for us so we didn't have to mess with that.
