Really nice experience. I needed an item that was not out on the shelves. I let the staff know this. It was so impressive that she directed me a different area of the store where I found what I needed. It was a sort of out-of-the-way location, inside some boxes, inside some boxes. Her knowledge of their inventory, coupled with her willingness to satisfy me really left me feeling good about this place!
