I stopped in for a state inspection and was genuinely impressed by the level of customer service. In over 15 years of taking vehicles in for inspections, I have never felt this welcomed or valued as a customer. From the moment I walked in, everyone was friendly and professional. The woman at the front desk—I’m not sure if she is the owner or manager—treated every customer with kindness, warmth, and a genuine smile. She even offered me a coffee while I waited. It's rare to find a business that makes a routine state inspection such a pleasant experience. This is what true customer service looks like. Based on this experience alone, I plan to return for any future automotive, tire, or inspection needs.

Wasn’t sure if his name is Joe but let me to you this guy took care of me, this morning I went to him, welcomes me as always or the front desk lady she’s cool too, I explained everything that happened, they took my car and honestly I left with a smile. Great energy, welcoming, whatever it is they will do everything in their power to help you and the most important part they’re honest with you. They have been taking care of my Nissan for a long time.

I was traveling on 87 and my tire was so flat I couldn't go any further. Pulled off at the "next exit in 1 mile". Turned out it had come off the rim. Thank goodness we didnt damage the rim. We got so lucky that there was a tire place 3 mins off the exit. But what made it even better, Tillman Tire had my size when called! We get there and we were greeted with a warming smell of a candle and warm smiles. They took our car right away go work on it. It was done super fast! As I sat and waited, I noticed all the snack varieties and coffee they offer their clients. Their customer service was truly the way all businesses should run! And the price was so great!

We were traveling through town. We needed help with a muffler. They were booked solid but he took the time to take a look and give me some advice. It was an exceptional and honest experience.
