Tug Edge Outdoor & More

These guys were fantastic. The came out to Henderson, picked up my snow blower, serviced it and returned it. I didn't even need to be at home for them. They were super friendly and didn't make fun of me for how long it had been since I had it serviced. The pricing was excellent given all the work it needed. Now I am ready for the winter. Oh and the removed a mouse nest from the drive compartment too.

You can see by the pics I mow about 10 acres of what used to be a hay field, I purchased a Ferris ISX3300 Zero Turn Mower back in 2020 from Tug Edge that more than does the job very well especially cruising in comfort at 10mph with sharp blades...I couldn't be happier, an excellent business, with excellent service all the way around, and an excellent product...The show room is very clean and there are many mowers to choose from...Tug Edge is definitely a place you want to do business with, the friendly atmosphere alone has it's own story to tell...

Joe was very helpful of explaining the difference between weed eater. That made picking out the right one alot easier the Husqvarna 330lk works awesome starts easy lots of power great on had and very long reach very easy on the back . Plus he very friendly thanks Joe . Vikki she just plain awesome she knows a lot funny my wife bought me a weed Wacker for my birthday and Vikki did all the warranty work for us . Great place even better people and the prices are great. . thanks everyone appreciate it

They repair my husqvarna lawn tractor today. They got it out fast even after waiting a couple of days for a new starter to come in. Got home and gave it a test and it runs great. Would highly recommend Tug edge and will definitely go back for all my needs.

Absolutely horrible and unprofessional. They try to sound on phone as if they are super busy, Charged me $400 for towing the riding lawn mower, changing blades and adjusting choke. I started having issues with the choke within a month of the work done. I called them on Saturday with my issue. They said they will call back but never did. Today I called them again and the guy on phone tells me the choke was working fine when the lawnmower left the shop and I might be filling it with water/mud. He is willing to check it again but will charge me again for towing and choke/carburetor. Save yourself some stress and money and go somewhere else.
