I cannot say enough good things about Juan (the Manager) and his crew at the Speedco in Las Vegas. I came in with a complicated trailer wiring issue that other shops simply turned away or couldn't figure out. I was feeling pretty hopeless until I got here. From the moment I arrived, Juan demonstrated incredible professional skill and deep industry knowledge. Instead of brushing me off like the other businesses did, he and his team tackled the problem head-on. Juan was determined to find a solution that worked for me as a driver while ensuring everything was done right for the company. It is rare to find a manager who genuinely cares about getting a positive outcome rather than just moving on to the next easy job. If you need someone who knows their stuff and is willing to go the extra mile, go see Juan. He turned a nightmare situation into a great experience. Highly recommended!

I pulled up to this location with a check engine light on and was greeted by Steven, I can't express how helpful and informative he was. It's been a while since I encountered such pleasant treatment in a repair facility. Anthony Flores was my mechanic he was also very polite he replaced a belt. They are honest people!! I will definitely make this my place to go to service and repairs on my Freighliner.
View on GoogleThis place does good work. I don't trust them, though. Loves Doesn't warranty their work anymore, and you have no idea if they could patch a tire or replace a tire. They'll replace a good tire just to keep a tire and never tell you. I had a trailer tire replaced. It was brand new. They said they couldn't patch it, but they didn't show me the tire. If I have to go to another Loves because of a defect or a problem, Loves will not warrant it.

But the service is good to do a good job they're professional and the waiting rooms decent with coffee and a clean bathroom look I'll be honest I don't pay for this is company truck so I don't know how the service is for those you sell pay But You Oughta Know but I was impressed by the text like I said they're honest they do a good job serious about it and dedicated.
