WOMEN BEWARE!! THEY WILL GASLIGHT YOU!! I have staggered wheels... 8 inches in the front, 8.5 in the rear. They mounted my wheels with one of each in the front and rear, so they crisscrossed them essentially even after I made sure to mention the sizes. When I went in to have them fix it, I told them to make sure the guys hand thread my bolts before using the impact because I am running wobble bolts with a hub centric ring since these wheels came off of a Lexus (5x114.3) and I drive a Volkswagen (5x112). He told me that hand threading doesn't need to be done and then continued to argue and YELL at me in front of his child claiming that my wheels weren't the size I said because if they were, I would have to use an adapter. He did not understand that because it was 114.3 to 112, you can use wobble bolts and a hub centric ring. He proceeded to tell me, "I've been doing this for 5 years" like you can't do something wrong for that long or like there isn't someone at the bottom of their field in every profession. I took it to the shop that referred me to this place to fix it and told them the story. When they checked my wheels, they found one of my wobble bolts was now damaged and couldn't be used any longer because they went straight in with the impact instead of by hand. This shop doesn't know what they're doing. These are your tires and wheels, huge safety components for driving, and they don't know what they're doing. If you want to be safe, go somewhere else. Had I known this was going to be my experience, I would've spent another $250 and went to a knowledgeable tire shop. The affordability isn't worth the headache and potential safety issues.
