Horrible roadside service. My driver got stranded with a flat trailer tire. After waiting for several hours, he called the dispatch and was told that the technician had fallen behind on his work orders and would be at his location within an hour. I called back an hour and half later because the technician had not arrived. They told me that the tech had closed out the work order when he was unable to locate the unit. He made no attempt to contact the driver to get a better idea of where he was, and marked the work order as ‘completed’. Totally unprofessional! And rather than sending someone out immediately to correct their mistake, they told me we would have to submit a new work order and wait an additional 2 hours. What a joke! Would never use them again.

Very recommended. If you don’t know know much about tires, you can trust them here. We felt very comfortable as owner operators/company owner to bring our tractor here. They have enough space for your trailer (they do both trailer and tractor tires). Thank you Donna for all the advised and great service. Will definitely come back here.

Got here on a Friday, they were having a big fancy lunch for employees, bbq, fruit, desert, im talking a big spread. They told me I could help myself! They were kind polite and got my popped tire fixed. These are good people working difficult jobs.
