View on GoogleDON'T LET THEM RUN YOUR CREDIT HERE! Because if you do, then don't actually purchase anything they still charged up my entire credit amount! The total was $2,900 dollars and I didn't buy one thing!!! Then when you call they act like we didn't know and don't speak English. That's ok because the POLICE do speak spanish. So thats what I'm having to do! TOTAL THEFT OF MY CREDIT WITH NO ACCOUNTABILITY! THEY NEED TO BE SHUT DOWN!
View on GoogleHORRIBLE HORRIBLE service. Do NOT come here unless you want your car sitting in the shop for WEEKS just to come out looking like they did absolutely NOTHINGGGG. They waste your time, drain your money, and then try to convince you that your car suddenly needs “everything” replaced when there was never even a major issue to begin with. They will lie straight to your face, upsell unnecessary repairs, and take advantage of people who trust them. Save yourself the stress, money, and disappointment and go somewhere honest instead.
View on GoogleAbsolutely terrible experience with this mechanic shop. They gave me one set price at the beginning, then last minute decided to upcharge me with extra costs that were never clearly communicated beforehand. Communication overall was horrible — I constantly had to call for updates because they would never reach out themselves. On top of that, my car sat there for weeks barely being worked on. Every time I asked about it, there was another excuse or delay. Then after finally getting the car back and being told “the problem was fixed,” the exact same issue was still happening, just slightly less noticeable. So basically I paid a ton of money, waited forever, and the car still isn’t properly fixed. Would not recommend this shop to anyone. Save yourself the stress, wasted time, and money.
View on GoogleI had a flat tire and my sister started calling some places to see if they had my tire size in stock before we drive around on a flat. We called this place and repeat the tire size to the man 4 to 5 times because he kept saying the wrong size. He then tells us he has it so we drive about 10 minutes and when we get there we tell him the size again and he had it wrong. Then told us to wait to see if he had the tire at another store they have. We ended up leaving across the street. They were nice people !
