I will definitely be a customer for life! TJ talked to me with honesty and respect. Being a woman many mechanics dismiss any knowledge I have of cars and try to fix something I know is not what needs attention on my car. My car is 25 years old, driving home I was so elated. I called to talk to Kevin and was told it was Kevin's day off but to come on in and he'll take care of me & that HE DID! Jonathan was very professional with a great sense of humor! This location hands down have the BEST of the BEST when it comes to customer service. Shout out to the mechanics ... there's no Kevin or Jonathan without you guys... thanks for a job well done! View on GoogleMade an appointment online. The manager explained all of the steps and potential timelines. Appointment was at 9:30. By 1 it had been diagnosed and approved by insurance to replace. I needed a new knock sensor which needed to come from the dealer. Car was ready by 4:56. The entire experience was wonderful. I found my new go to for any future car issues.
View on GoogleI was in a bind, it was thanksgiving weekend and I picked up a screw on my tire where it couldn’t be repaired. Kevin was so nice and accommodating. He filled my tire to last a bit till I got home. Told me Black Friday sale would save me a bunch of $ for f I could come back. So that’s what I did, I got there right around 8am on Friday and Tom took care of me. Instead of just getting one tire, I decided to get all 4 done and everything was done with 2.5 hours! Great communication and customer service. I will be back in the future. Mahalo nui Big Brand Tire & Service!
